CHIP was once an abandoned puppy thrown into a garbage bin. Now that he has been rescued his fate is still yet to be determined (if he is a pitbull). Currently he is in a cage at Henderson animal shelter with no one able to see him. Let's get together and get him out and to a loving new family!!
