If you submitted in support of the reinstatement of the Pohutukawa at Eglinton Avenue back onto Schedule 10 (Notable trees), Council will have been in contact.  You can now submit in opposition to the owner, Jianhua Zheng's submission opposing the protection of the tree.

160 submissions were received and only Mr Zheng's submission was in opposition.
