I am starting this petition to bring light to a matter that needs to be resolved in new zealand asap p

Spca have failed us as a country time and time again yet our government doesn't notice nor change their policy's on these matters (our fur babies deserve to be treated better just like our children) 

With this petition I am hoping that I will get the ball rolling on our government stepping in and realizing that pixie animal rescue are pulling all the weight across the country to bring animals out of neglectful and bad situations yet they arnt given the power nor resources that the spca have 

It's time for change new Zealand it's time to realise the spca has been a dying organisation who resorts to euthanizing at the earliest point.

Pixies animal rescue is the future of animal welfare in new zealand now it's time for our members of parliament to help us get them brought up to where they should be and give them the powers they require to save the neglected creatures across the country 

Please help us make change its needed especially with the latest hamilton developments which the spca new about but did not rectify the situation. 

Please help me reach the people who can help us make a change .
