The company has a history of negligence on community management and charge homeowners with multiple fees, Many communities are suffering and home owners are being robbed with fraudulent charges. The company seems to acquire HOA with inside deals but do not fulfill their own obligations and charge multiple fees with no proper customer service. Even with multiple complaints , they are still able to acquire business in new communities which clearly states that they have inside deals whereas many good HOA management companies with excellent reviews are available but still new communities are giving away business to this company with the worst rating. This clearly states that, they are using the system and putting home owners under great stress. This company must be replaced in all Texas. Further Builders and Associations need to be investigated to giving business to this company while many other great companies are available in the area. Please share with as many people as you can in your community so we can file the case in Collin, Dallas, Mayors' office and with Texas Attorney General.
