On New Year's Eve  the one thing that everyone fears happened. I lost my youngest and only sister in a car accident. My sister Nan was ejected out of the car after her so called "boyfriend" wrapped it around a pole. Whats worst is that he left her there and fled the scene and left her for dead. Nan just turned 34 in October and was so full of love and light and had her whole life ahead of her. My heart is broken. Our family is left to pick up the pieces of such a tragedy. I ask for any kind of help sign this petition to show the AG office of RI that these cases need to be tougher, her boyfriend who has a long history of criminal record was allowed bail, Gregory Miller who has a history of being a fugitive of the law and committing other heinous crimes! This is not fair! Also on the same night another young life was taken by a drunk driver who also left the scene her name was Olivia Passarett! Quoted has Olivia’s Step Father, if these are the laws in RHODE ISLAND WE SHOULD BE VERY WORRIED!
