Judge Vasta was appointed to the Federal Circuit Court of Australia in 2015.

Since that time, he has been regularly appealed successfully before the Family Court - Full Court and in many of those occasions for Procedural Unfairness.

As Judge Vasta is in charge of making decisions regarding children, it is highly concerning that a Judge can be in breach of the law so many times and still be allowed to make decisions regarding the future of children.

Judge Vasta regularly comments in open court, that if you breach his orders you will be in Jail. This is against the law, as a breach of orders requires a process and doesn't automatically indicate that a person who is found guilty of such breach is in court. 

It is imperative to remove Judge's who don't understand or wish to understand Family Law from decision making capacity in regards to children.
