I wrote today an e- mail to responsible people in Attica, Särkänniemi and city of Tampere : "Mr Lesueur Attica Zoological Park Mr Parviainen Mr Seppälä Mrs Ikonen Jean Jacques Lesueur, second owner of Attica Zoological Park, you said in your first e- mail to me in 29th of September 2017: "We have no knowledge about this Sea Sanctuary you mention." I know, that you must have had information about these Sea Sanctuary- plans in Europe. These informations are not secrets, these are public. Särkänniemi has got also information before- from finnish animal-organizations and also from dolphinactivist Richard O'Barry.
