I wish to give you all some updates of the HSA Lawsuit as well as some upcoming events.
This coming Friday 5th July 10a.m, we will be going to the Supreme Court for the admin hearing of this case to see if we can proceed with the lawsuit. Supporters are welcome. Meet at the 2nd floor of the Supreme Court, there is a sofa area. Our hearing will be at Chamber 2-9 in the Supreme Court.

We also want to start to build the network of vaccine-injured / those who have lost their loved ones after the COVID-19 vaccines. In the past 3 years, due to the defamation by SG Suspected Vaccines Injuries group, mostly their leaders Charlene Lin and Beatrice Chong, our efforts to reach out to the vaccine injured in Singapore have been severely thwarted. Raymond is currently suing Charlene Lin and I will be initiating legal actions against Beatrice Chong and the fake lawyer amongst their midst.

Other updates on HSA Lawsuit.
After we submitted our JR lawsuit and the Applicaiton for costs from HSA, we discovered that the 3 AGCs involved in the JR did not put themselves on the record that they are the defending counsels.
But surprisingly, the court knew exactly which 3 AGCs to inform about the upcoming 5th July hearing at the Supreme Court.
We have since asked the Court for why this could be so. It has been 8 days since last Thursday that we have asked and unfortunately, there are currently no updates yet.
Stay tuned for this important update. Technically, our understanding of the rules of court is that there MUST NOT be any private communication between the court and any party, including the AGC. Raymond is now seeking clarifications on this issue as well as asking for declarations if there are any communications between the 3 AGCs and the Registrar.
We eagerly await the court's reply regarding the issue.
