We continue to visit from the outside with no access to Bandit granted since 14 October 2017 except one 10 minute walk through the Facility.

The little chap has put on weight, is highly distressed and confused.

The noise in the facility is ridiculous and not normal. Around 10 dogs barking in 1.2m cells.
