Bandit is heading into another birthday tomorrow in filthy, unlawful conditions at the Scenic Rim Regional Council Pound.

The Council under the "leadership" of Jon Gibbons have refused access which is illegal under the Act.They wont even give us pictures so we have now not seen him since 14 October 2017!

So at this stage the Scenic Rim Regional Council have engaged 4 x Barristers and 3 Lawyers.

In addition the QLD Ombudsman are investigating the Council on a number of fronts.

The Legal Services Commission has also been investigating one of the Council Barristers Michael Amereana.

Finally we have our District Court claim still on foot and will be re energising that due to the ongoing damage to Bandit and his owner.

We also have a Contempt Claim in against the Mayor Greg Christensen, The Scenic Rim Regional Council ,two of the Council Barristers James Dillon, Michael Amereana and their three Lawyers Erin Kay, Michael Cerruto and Mark Williams.The Claim also includes our former neighbours.

They all have continued to mislead QCAT, breach the Animal Management Act and have still at this stage failed to provide all of the "evidence" of alleged attacks.

We discontinued that as we made our first target and also don't like any commission going to anywhere except Bandits legals.
