Its been a heatwave at Beaudesert QLD today where bub is housed in a filthy 1.2m cell with no sunlight,no sanitation, no visitation, no exercise, no vet care, no cooling or heating and next to a cattery!!
We are at around 13,465 signatures which is huge and has exceeded my expectations. I was excited when we had 50!
We have found the right Lawyer and Barrister for this mission (after some lazy ones since early this year ) and have engaged them over the last 2 weeks.Our Barrister has deep experience in these matters and besides being an animal lover is a passionate advocate for natural justice.
Bandit and ourselves have not been afforded natural justice.
Fighting for natural justice against a very corrupt and wealthy (from Ratepayers!!) Council like the Scenic Rim Regional Council in QLD is not easy.The Scenic Rim Regional Council have recently spent millions on a witch hunt against local water suppliers who sell it to Coca Cola even-though experts have advised that the aquifers on Tamborine Mountain would not even feel it as they are so active.
The Mayor went on TV saying that "bottled water" is a con!
How about he sticks to the "knitting" versus grandstanding !!!
If you can please just donate $2 each as at this stage as we are at around $2500 from 46 amazing donors but I now ask at least 8000 of our 13645 petition signees to look for a $2 coin and get it to us via My Cause urgently.

Today he is now facing his 2nd year of heatwaves in a 1.2m cell in a filthy Council pound run by Scenic Rim Regional Council Mayor Greg Christensen who holds himself out as a progressive and dynamic man of the people.
The Mayor refuses to meet with us after 14 months!!
The Councils Barrister shouted at me at the Beenleigh Courthouse on 10 November 2017 that "We will bankrupt you!!" Yes very professional and he is now under investigation by the QLD Legal Services Commissioner. Thats Michael Amareana who is their Barrister.
My Family's mission on behalf of Bandit is to ensure once he is home and safe that no other pet has to be subjected to this torture in Australia due to Local Governments and poor Case Management by the Tribunals with oversight of the relevant Act eg: Animal Management Act and Animal Protection Act.
Biosecurity QLD have basically ignored us which is beyond a joke when they have been given oversight of the Animal Protection Act in QLD.
The RSPCA and QLD CEO Mark Townend also ignore the ongoing torture. One supporter is trying to get a Royal Commission into the RSPCA fund raising underway and Ill be the first witness!!
The Council continue to block any visitation which is unlawful.The Council Lawyers King and Company are breaching many Acts.
Our QLD District Court claim remains on foot.
