Some good news. I have been in Beenleigh District Court for 7 hours today as the Plaintiff against the Defendants e.g.: Scenic Rim Regional Council I have had a "stay" granted and formalised on the outrageous 'destruction" order. His Honour Judge Craig Chowdhury heard the matter. The Scenic Rim Regional Council are now conducting an internal review and the matter will then be heard by the QLD Civil and Administrative Tribunal. I am continuing on my damages claim against the Scenic Rim Regional Council e.g.: D 26/2017. Amazingly today I was provided with an affidavit from the CEO RSPCA Mark Townsend who advised the District Court that he shipped Bandit back to the filthy and unfit conditions at Beaudesert as he was upset by a number of social media posts! So lets keep up the good work.
