Thanks everyone who has written to the CEO RSPCA QLD Mark Townsend. As expected he says he can do nothing (even though he sent Bandit back to the Scenic Rim hellhole personally) its all our fault etc etc. Amazing that we have a CEO accountable to Bio Security QLD for enforcement of the Animal Protection Act 2001 breaching that Act! We are suing him in the QLD District Court for his involvement in the ongoing cruelty to Bandit and I have had the First Mention brought forward. I have also become aware that (besides his defamatory comments to people who have contacted him) he has also released personal information about us to his Daughter Samantha Townend (non RSPCA) who then started defaming us on Facebook!! As any normal person would do we have provided him with a Formal Concerns Notice as defamation is unlawful as is releasing private information. This is from the CEO of QLD RSPCA. I have sent in a complaint to the RSPCA Chairman Australia He is in the wrong job and should go back to Logan City Council or his car parts import business as he has no animal behaviour qualifications
