We are at 778 signatures so a big thank you from Bandit and Sarah. Well its taken 6 weeks of calls, emails and more calls but the Local Government Minister has finally agreed to contact Greg Christensen, SRRC Mayor and ask what the hell is going on. I visited Bandit on Wednesday and was able to brush him and exercise him for the first time in 5 weeks. He was very nervous as it is a very loud and aggressive environment at Dakabin. He was happy to see the sky! The exercise run is tiny so it wasn't great. I gave him some of of his favourite snack e.g. chicken necks. He is underweight and still has had no vaccination. The RSPCA won't let me take pictures and I had to put a muzzle on him between his run and the yard. It wasn't easy as he has never had one on as he doesn't need it but rules are rules. Sorry for the delayed update. We are back with him on Saturday and Monday and Ill update soon. I also wrote to the Barristers Animal Welfare Panel with no joy.
