The home buyers of nagpur sahara city homes seeking justice through law started with individual consumer complaint in SCDRC nagpur bench and it took a long time to get the judgement of refund due to cunning games and misguiding of sahara group . Later a registered association “ SAHARA CONSUMERS WELFARE ASSOCIATION,NAGPUR” was formed to get the unified redressal and since the refund order was conditional clarification was seeked from Supreme Court which we got recently on 3’rd sep 2024 vide 131658/2023 page 16 :- https://drive.google.com/file/d/1NIn79V_ID-iEEhaX7iQ4L4PkxIpUSry-/view?usp=drivesdk

Since such a long time still the home buyers are stucked with communication gaps between collector office and registrar office of SCDRC nagpur bench
The project is having some good marketable unconstructed land parcels for liquidation to recover the decree amount .
At present the position is such that the maximum unit holders have almost paid full money , the units are almost 90% ready , the first phase of sanction of developement agreement ( layout sanction) is done by nit , sahara is in financial crisis and NIT is a big hurdle in the constructed part so the claim needs to be secured in an urgent basis
The change seeked is first from honbl collector nagpur to intervene , attach the land and take physical possession , this will assure the home buyers that justice will be provided by the way of auction of land parcels ( for those who have gone for redressal in the execution petition under section 71 ) and secondly possession holders may be assured the help they require . These efforts will help the homebuyers of the project to get their claim/property and the city will glorify with the most applicable land mark of wardha road . If the auction process is assured many those who have not taken up the case under section 71 of consumer protection act 2019 will have confidence and they will proceed to seek for there justice . So please help
