ATT and SAMSUNG are selling Samsung Galaxy S7 Active’s that have proven time and time again to be dysfunctional and they refuse to take responsibility for the phone’s constant fails. I purchased my phone on the date of release and since then I am on my third device. The phone IS NOT waterproof like advertised in ATT stores and the screen is poorly made and scratches quickly and with little to no effort. After reaching out to both companies, neither will replace the device for an older brand without charging a massive fee.
