Introducing ATOM's failure video.

It has been around 3 months since the launch of our campaign.
We are pressing on with our campaign announcements and the gathering of signatures on Facebook and Twitter. As of 21 July, we have gathered 145 supporters.
We would like to thank everyone who has given us your endorsement for our campaign.

In the midst of our campaign, we received a request from an individual who would like to check on the status of ATOM's defects.
As such, we approached owners of ATOM to provide videos of their defective robots. We have since received a video of a defective ATOM from one of the owners, which we have made available below.

According to the ATOM owner who provided this video, she had subscribed to the cloud service "ATOM Basic Plan (monthly fee of 1,000 yen / excluding tax)." When she gave the necessary commands to ATOM so that she could listen to jazz music offered by this service, there was no response. We have also watched this video and we believe that this may be due to a software bug.

There have been many software updates carried out since ATOM was completed, but there has been no fundamental solution to the problem. ATOM owners like us have continued to appeal to Kodansha side to resolve the various defects and issues, including the above defect, but Kodansha side has not shown any commitment to solving the problems.

We are united in our desire to lead a fun and fulfilling life together with ATOM, and we will continue fighting for that outcome. We appreciate the kind understanding of everyone, as well as your endorsement and support of our efforts.
