• City Council didn’t repeal the illegal fees. We need City Council to propose and approve a repeal—promptly.
• The parties haven’t yet announced the administrative process for distributing claims against the settlement fund.

When we thank our City Council for approving the settlement fund, we can express our concern about unfinished business.

Ask for a fair and efficient process for claimants to shares of the settlement fund. Urge the City Council to show a new level of transparency about funding for DPW activities.
