Today (September 27), Georgia Court of Appeals confirms that legal claims against the City’s frontage and multi-family unit “fees” may continue to move forward through the courts.

Atlanta recently assessed another $28M in these so-called "fees"—instead of acknowledging that the City Charter expressly prohibits the “fees” at issue. These charges are really illegal taxes in disguise. 

Are you looking forward to paying these money-for-nothing taxes again in 2022?
