I took out the IDA meeting date as, in fact, no decision has been made.  Because the decision is not yet made, I will send an updated signer list to the IDA on Tuesday.  (We are now up to 131 signers.) Therefore, we really need to get more people to sign, preferably from Greene Co.  I hope you will get your family members, friends and neighbors to sign.  It is clear that once people are aware of the situation they are eager to sign.
