The Ethiopian carrier and the civil aviation authority in Ethiopia plan to recruit a foreigner, unfamiliar and unrated ATCO .

They're trying to shutdown the local atco movement  who trying to improve safety program and social issues for the local atco

This situation must be resolved in the Pacific way , good judgment and in the respect of the ICAO resolutions.

It's unacceptable in the 21st century we still use those methods to resolve divergence between professional especially in the aviation field.
