Additional AT&T Cell Towers Needed!

The Issue

AT&T wireless customers in the Eastern Shasta/Lassen, Intermountain area would greatly benefit from an additional cellular tower placed in the Big Valley (Beiber) area. Currently, there is absolutely no coverage in an area that is approximately 50 miles in any direction! This greatly impacts safety while traveling as Highway 299 East is a major thoroughfare for customers who live or work in these areas. Highway 299 East is the major corridor between Nevada, Oregon and California. No cellular connection is a concern as there is NO service in case of an emergency! Engineers at AT&T need to be made aware of the situation. They simply look at remote populations but need to learn about the traffic counts and the great numbers of AT&T customers that use the Highway 299E roadways. If properly educated, we can expect additional towers to help facilitate the expansion of the signal in these areas that are severely lacking.
