Thanks to the decisionmakers and special thanks to Lesvos Mayors office Spyros Galinos, to lawyers, politicians, media, and all volunteers engaged! Thanks for choosing humanity! The hungerstrikers are free, but the struggle continues to get justice for refugees all over the world! Arash Hampay one of the hungerstrikers stated: This is the picture that declared our victory. Our victory after 41 days on hunger strike, after demonstrations, and so much solidarity. The picture was taken minutes after #KozhinHussein and #BehroozArash were released from prison. It was taken while Kozhin and Behrooz were on their way to Café P to come and meet us, and they sent it to me for publication. This may not be an artistic or professional picture but it is one of the most important and unforgettable. That is because this picture was the first declaration of our victory over The Fake United Nations, The state and the greek police. It is a historical picture. It will be recorded and go down in history as the picture of the people who stood in #solidarity for each others freedom. Now can we say there are no more prisons and innocent prisoners? I saw tens of innocent refugees detained in Moria camp's prison with my own eyes and there are certainly thousands of prisons and innocent prisoners in the whole world.
