I made this petition to make sure that,, aka, USMC Veteran, is held accountable for her hateful actions and behavior, spanning from 30+ years ago till present day. This issue effects everyone in our community by putting them at risk for her violent outbursts. This issue also ties into racial discrimination and violence, due to the reason she assaulted me, over a racially advocating sticker that said “Abolish I.C.E”. has a criminal, and violent record going back near 40 years, and this needs to change now! Please sign and help encourage this!

What should have been a normal trip to the grocery store turned into an unprovoked attack for Alyssa Cuellar, all because of her advocacy and support in the “Abolish I.C.E” movement. This crime has not, and cannot go unseen and unpunished. This was a hate, racially viewed/fueled, CRIME. 

On August 8, 2021, Alyssa Cuellar was entering the grocery store when a man, and US Marine Corps Veteran, noticed her anti-ICE bumper sticker and yelled profanities before making an obscene gesture towards her. Cuellar continued towards the entrance of the store and began filming, concerned about his behavior as he remained near her vehicle. That's when the man's wife,, also A Marine Corps Veteran, approached Alyssa.

The woman began yelling nonsensically about loyalty, upset that her husband had been filmed for his actions. The woman appeared to walk off before turning around, slamming Alyssa's phone to the concrete, and physically assaulting her. Alyssa's phone was broken and Alyssa was left with a severe concussion and scratches. All of this happened in the presence of young child. Due to this assault, Alyssa has been forced to miss 2 weeks worth of work to heal from this violence. 

, dubbed "", was arrested on August 11, 2021 and booked into Clatsop County Jail for a felony and two misdemeanors. Only after the world began watching, the police stepped in and arrested her. Her charges include 4th degree assault witnessed by minor child, 2nd degree disorderly conduct, and 2nd degree criminal mischief. husband, Vince, was fired from his job as a realtor.

It has also been found that has gone by the last names of and Webster. In 1986, (whose name was  at the time), drove recklessly and caused a deadly head-on collision. The two adults in the car she struck while going the wrong way were killed, as was own unrestrained infant son. This information comes from Raleigh, North Carolina's The News and Observer March 30, 1986 publication.

Toward the end of the video, you can see that poor daughter, 13,  finally joined by Vince, has been standing in the parking lot watching the entire thing from where had abruptly left her to attack Alyssa, without a second thought for the child’s safety. is completely unhinged.

While she has been charged at this time, Alyssa knows has managed to escape justice in the past. was given only two years’ probation in 1986, despite taking three lives, while driving drunk with her unrestrained infant son at 3 o’clock in the afternoon. Her son was one of those lives lost. The other two adults probably felt much like Alyssa in their last moments- here this woman was, coming right at them the wrong way, not heeding laws to prevent exactly what was about to happen. No concern for anyone but herself, not even her own children. Just as in 1986, still believes she has the right to do anything she wants, no matter who it hurts and how much it hurts. She has the right, in her view, to silence someone. Please, join me in standing with Alyssa now, telling the world that this is not what it means to be free.

From the jurisdiction of this case in Clatsop County, OR, to Onslow County, NC, where the murderer formerly known as first known victims rest without justice; from the bitterly divided swing states, to those forever red or blue, we must stand resolute together on this and say, “NOT THIS TIME!” Use YOUR voice because so many of, AKA, victims can’t and she is already trying to silence Alyssa and others, attacking and blaming her own victim on social media and in local communities.
