CURRENT LAW STATES; VEHICLES TRAVELLING AROUND SCHOOL BUS SHOULD BE TRAVELLING AT 20KPH ONLY WHILE BUS IS STATIONERY!

The law needs to change to all vehicles driving around SCHOOL BUS needs to travel 20KPH until child is safely at his/her destination!...
