I am asking for your support to sign this petition. As of today, understand that if you are currently receiving a Special Pay Bonus, it is your last. If you expect to receive a Special Pay Bonus after HPLRP or Residency Training, it will only be once. If you are not currently receiving a Special Pay Bonus, it is likely because of the current policy. The decision to no longer authorize repeat incentives comes from the Office of the Assistant Secretary Manpower and Reserve Affairs. Affected branches include Medical Corps, Dental Corps, Clinical Psychologists, Physician Assistants, Psychiatrists, Social Workers.
