🛑 Improve Lift Safety at Lohas Park MTR Station 🛑

On 17 December 18:55 , a serious safety incident occurred at Lohas Park MTR Station lifts.

While exiting a mtr car door with a stroller, I was rushed and pushed aside by a man wearing a security jacket. He became aggressive and kicked the stroller.

⚠️ If a baby had been inside, this could have ended in a tragedy.

This incident is not an isolate case as i see most of the time families with strollers, or people in real need being left outside while others with no real need get in. 

This highlights a bigger problem: lack of supervision at station lifts at least on peak hours. Lifts must be safe and accessible for:

Families with strollers and children
Elderly passengers
People with disabilities or mobility needs

🚇 Our request to MTR

We call on MTR Corporation to place dedicated staff at the lift (to get upstairs) in Lohas Park Station at peak hours to:

Enforce priority access

Manage crowd behaviour
Prevent aggressive or unsafe incidents

Lohas Park is a growing community with heavy lift usage. A visible staff presence can prevent accidents, deter aggression, and protect vulnerable passengers.
