As a college student it is vital to be mentally and physically healthy for the sake of our success. living here at One12 Courtland has made very difficult to achieve that.

Management has failed entirely to keep residents safe, healthy, and comfortable. One12 Courtland’s management team is rude, unhelpful, and lazy. No matter what our concerns are they seem to never be heard or resolved. We need a change.

The apartment complex smells like urine and there are stains on the floor and wall of every hallway in both buildings. These stains have been there for years.  

The management team hits residents with charges unexpectedly and takes advantage of students living here.

There is a pest issue (roaches everywhere)  that seems to never get resolved along with mold in the bathrooms.  Security let’s in people who don’t live here, and there has been multiple cases of people getting shot, robbed and stabbed. It’s sad, and we deserve better.

We deserve a helpful and respectful management team who will take initiative to help resolve residents issues, and to keep the complex a safe comfortable place for us!
