There are so many reasons why I hate declawing and why I think it should be banned and illegal in all 50 states! Most people misinterpret the definition of declawing. They think it is just the claw that’s being removed only. NO! It it way more that just the claw! They literally go and cut down to the knuckle and bone and the claw! Basically it’s like your own fingertips at each knuckle being cut off! It’s absolutely disgusting and so painful and sad for the poor cats that have to endure it! When a cat is declawed, it no longer has its defense mechanisms to defend itself and pretty much will go straight to biting using their teeth instead! It is very painful for them to use the litter box and walking! They don’t feel like or act like themselves anymore because of all the pain they’re suffering from the procedure. God gave cats claws for a very significant purpose and we should not being taking that away from cats!  If you would please help me and join with me to stand against declawing, that would be so amazing and rewarding to me! Let’s make this change happen and for our furry friends!!
