Chops- a young 7 month old puppy has been neglected numerous times in the hands of Albert Chen. 
He has neglected chops well being and left him for a day and a half without food. He also did not take him out of the house for two days. 
Chops, was also living in an inadequate environment, his bed was soiled with puke and left there for weeks, even though this was made known to Albert.

Alberts roommate had taken Chops to the vet because he was very itchy and for a general checkup and Chops was prescribed antibiotics for his psoriasis. When Albert was left alone with Chops he did not administer the rest of the antibiotics and did not take Chops for a follow up vet visit .

Chops was also sick for three days puking and diarrheaing, during this time Albert did not take him to see a Vet in person. 

Chops was also left unsupervised in the shared living space for countless hours and alberts roommates would tend to come home and find their items chewed up. This presented itself as a safety hazard for Chops as he chewed up wires that were plugged into outlets, wooden rulers with splinters among a handful of other items. 

Albert currently does not have the time for a dog but still refuses to acknowledge this and do what’s best for Chops. 

Chops deserves to live in a safe household. He deserves to lay his head in a clean bed and most of all he deserves a life filled with adventure, love, security and stability.  These are not things Albert can provide at this very point in time that is why I’m pleading for your help to save Chops.
