Dog fighting is an event that takes place everywhere even though it is illegal.  Owners of dogs that are shown no love, have no clean water, and are not fed correctly put their dogs in a spot where they are forced to fight other dogs so that the owner can make money if it wins.  Not only are dogs killed and injured in this process but dog fighting is also often associated with other forms of criminal activity including illegal gambling and possession of drugs and firearms.  Ending this as you can clearly see will greatly affect the community by reducing crime
