Demand the ASPCA to make spay and neuter service on mobile truck safe.

The Issue

Our puppy Ace died after being neutered with the ASPCA on there mobile truck, he meant the world to us. They had no clue anything  was wrong with him until we came to pick him up. He probably could have been saved if someone was properly monitoring him and notice earlier. Other Veterinarians have stated the mobile trucks aren't fully equipped and the fact that the ASPCA tries to neuter and spay as many animals in a day as they can puts these animal at risk for substandard care like Ace received. Please help me get the ASPCA to make safer precautions such as offering the option of pre testing, proper monitoring after surgery and using there hospital or clinics to neuter/spay when needed. Thank you!
