The leaders of Dubai are fining residents who currently feed the homeless animals. We the people would like to see this change, they need feeding stations at the corners, organizations who would be able to come in to help these poor dying animals declining health. This is inhuman and we will not stand by and watch the most riches city in the world purposely kill these animals!!
