Nancy Segula of Garfield Heights, Ohio is facing 10 days in county jail for feeding stray cats.  There is an ordinance in her town that makes it illegal to feed stray cats and dogs, something thousands of Americans do every day.  However, she is facing jail time because of it.  Please let her local government know of your outrage for this situation.
