I graduated in 2015 and wanted to do my own business in Pakistan. I wanted to manufacture clothes and sell them in UK. 

I borrowed money from a bank on heavy interest rates and supplied goods on credit to a customer who would pay in 30 days. 

The customer called Friend or Faux wouldn't pay back and claimed the quality is not upto the mark. We told them fine, if the quality is not fine please return the stock so we can sell them anywhere else in the world, as we rightfully own them or we can dispose them ourselves. 

They have even refused to give the stock back and claim a fine of £4400 to be passed onto us, that is not a part of any contract. They don't reply to any emails. Going to the court is expensive and I am suffering from this financial loss.  

We would like to request ASOS to stop selling a brand that's made on someone else's broken trust on cheat and deceptive tactics. . 

I hope this will make an impact when the brands own customer I.e. Asos, asks them to settle there dues with suppliers.
