Asos to stop using Hermes
Asos to stop using Hermes
The Issue
Hermes have been voted the worse delivery service in the UK, and it's not surprising when they claim they tried to delivery a parcel but no one was in, you then have to wait a week for them to try again (this means waiting in again..maybe even taking a day off), then the parcel ends up going back to Asos as 9/10 they don't bother trying again. The "no one was in" is all lies for me as someone is always in, and i know many others have had similiar experiences. We pay Asos for next day delivery for a reason...we want out goods the next day. And if they continue to use Hermes they will continue to not meet their next day promise and start to lose customers. Its not like Asos even care or offer compensation for the late arrival, inconvenience and no refund on the delivery costs. I feel this is the only way for Asos & potentially other retailers to take onboard our feedback and to deliver on their next day delivery promise by not using Hermes
