Dear Asobimo Team Hello, I am BlackNinja guild master of ⚫LEGENDARY⚫. For about a year or almost two me and my members that I have grew close to and now call friends have been playing Izanagi online. We are starting to see big issues with the game based on our game play. We want to correct these errors so that others may enjoy the game as we started to in the beginning of the game. Some issues concerns updates, harassment, & drop rates of treasure boxes.  We think if, ASOBIMO,Inc used moderators to protect players online and enforce the policy's of the game people would enjoy the online experience more. Some of my guild members have been getting harassed by players using stalls to say inappropriate words or bad comments. As I stated before this all equals up to harassment and should be handled better by ASOBIMO,Inc. My members have also been reported for doing nothing wrong and have been wrongfully blocked by administrators. Regarding the drop rate for the treasure boxes. They are horrible drop rates. I and many more before me have farmed a boss but received the same drop such as ninja avatar upper twice. After doing this boss 900 plus times I still haven't received the full outfit. This bug in my opinion is unacceptable. Please fix this issue. Another be issue concerning the "Izanagi Online" US servers are many Players in this Game quitting just because the Update preparation takes so long.Since, players quite the game this has had negative effects on all other active Players and Guilds throughout the game. We would only ask that you increase the major update time. Waiting a year just to get an update is like waiting for a new game . We appreciate the constant avatar updates that come with the weekly maintenance but they become boring. Its the same old thing over and over again.  The new Update should include all the things which came with the new Update in the Japaneses Version of the Game. We also would like to see the 3rd Class floor in the Ninja Association unlocked, more Story Quests and World maps also.PVP is something most, if not all players would love to see implemented into the world of Izanagi Online. This would revive the game completely and give players a sense of purpose besides hunting and standing around in BWT all day. P.S "We truly hope to see a big change in this game."
