Manzi Willy Ngarambe ,is a Canadian citizen who was born in DRC : He was appointed by the M23 rebels as a Visa-governor of North-kivu province. 
M23/AFC/RDF have committed and are still committing crimes, Massacres , rapping and kidnapping in North and south-kivu province in the Republic democratic of Congo. 
We , Congolese communities living in Canada are lunching this campaign requesting the Canadian Government, Justice minister of Canada, immigration Minister of Canada , Prime Minister Justin Trudeau ; to revoke the Canadian citizenship of Mr Willy Manzi Ngarambe, who is involved in M23 /AFC rebellion in DRC.
