This is a disastrous and tragic consequence of this regime's social policies and actions.

-As has been reported widely, apart from other illegal activities, import and distribution of drugs in Iran is under control of IRGC,
- Addiction keeps a segment of population, more specifically the youth, otherwise engaged and out of the political scene.

-Obviously, the regime that benefits from this social disaster is not going to solve the problem.  But under the pretext of fighting drug trafficking, and as part of creating an  atmosphere of terror in the country, continues with the executions. According to Reuters, in recent days, Regime in Iran has hanged 9 charged with "drug trafficking", as reported by state media.
