A British-Iranian health worker who joined anti-regime protests in Tehran had many shotgun pellets lodged in his body after being fired at repeatedly by Iranian security forces at point-blank range.  After removing multiple pellets from his body, he still has five so deeply lodged that their removal may endanger vital nerves.
