The Issue

Reporting videos one by one is not enough.

YouTube's current channel reporting system does not provide an effective way to submit evidence showing a pattern of concerning activity across an entire channel.

We are asking YouTube to introduce a dedicated Request a channel investigation form that can trigger a channel-wide human review.

The form should allow users to provide:

Multiple video URLs
An explanation of the pattern being reported
Original source links
Fundraising and payment links
Copyright removal/enforcement information
Screenshots and supporting evidence
Details of affected creators or organisations
Whether another nonprofit's EIN, charity registration number or identifying information is being publicly displayed or used
Details of previous reports to YouTube
Each submission should receive a case/reference number, with the ability to provide additional evidence.

This would not mean automatic enforcement. A trained YouTube reviewer would examine the evidence and determine whether YouTube's policies have been violated.

When the concern involves a pattern across an entire channel, reporting individual videos separately does not show the complete picture.

Give users a way to submit the evidence together and request a proper channel-wide human investigation.
