Ask Vinted to Reverse or Fix the New Women’s Size System

Vinted recently changed the sizing system for women’s clothing, automatically converting thousands of listings into new “size ranges” (e.g. “S / UK 8-10” or “L / UK 20-22”). This change has caused widespread confusion, incorrect sizing on existing listings, and a poor buying and selling experience.

Many users now find their items categorised into completely inaccurate sizes — for example, a size 14 is suddenly listed as 20-22, or a size 16 has become 24-26. This affects search filters, sales, buyer trust, and the accuracy of the platform.

Vinted rolled out this update without proper notice, without giving sellers the option to bulk-edit their items, and without respecting the original sizes stated by sellers.

We request that Vinted:

Revert the new sizing system

OR

Allow sellers to opt out and use the original, specific size categories

AND

Add bulk-editing tools so we can correct inaccurate size conversions easily

Consult users before implementing major changes in the future
