Many different schools of thought exist around dog training and how it should, and shouldn't, be done. The industry is one that can be very divided - however, there is one thing that virtually every qualified trainer agrees with: the trainer known as "Dog Daddy" should be immediately, and permanently, banned from TikTok.

The methods used by Dog Daddy are cruel, inhumane, and abusive. This is NOT debated within the dog training industry. He uses severe physical punishment, including violently yanking dogs on prong collars, choking dogs, and physically forcing dogs into submission.

Not only are the methods used cruel and abusive, they are well known to be dangerous and ineffective. The "fixed" dogs are actually so extremely stressed and terrified that they have simply shut down. In the long run, these methods can lead to HIGHER levels of fear and aggression in the dogs.

This is not debatable. The entire TikTok dog training community, including professionals who have university education in dog training and behavior, know that Dog Daddy is doing nothing more than abusing dogs for money and attention.

Tiktok, we are calling on you to PERMANENTLY BAN Dog Daddy, including any future accounts he might create. Dog abuse does not deserve a platform on TikTok!
