Taylor Swift’s “Patient Zero” music video doesn’t simply accompany a song. It introduces an extraordinary cinematic world that deserves to become a full-length feature film.  It would be the perfect follow up to her VMA award and we all have watched the clips over and over hoping to see more this time..

In just a few minutes, Taylor created the foundations of a gripping gothic psychological thriller: a murdered heiress haunting the cold, modern home she once shared with a dangerously manipulative husband, while attempting to protect and warn the woman who came after her.

Starring Taylor Swift, Dakota Johnson and Colin Farrell, the video combines a ghost story, psychological thriller, toxic romance and murder mystery. Its characters, symbolism and haunting atmosphere leave so much more of the story waiting to be explored.

We want to know who these women were before their lives became connected. What really happened inside that house? How did Taylor’s character die? Can Dakota’s character uncover the truth and escape before she becomes his next victim—and could the two women ultimately bring him to justice together?

Taylor has already demonstrated her remarkable ability to turn music into compelling visual storytelling. “Patient Zero” feels like the perfect story for her feature-film directorial debut: sophisticated, emotionally complex, visually beautiful and filled with the twists, hidden clues and layered female perspectives that define her work.

We are asking Taylor Swift and Taylor Swift Productions to consider expanding “Patient Zero” into a feature film, written and directed by Taylor, and reuniting the original cast wherever possible.
