I wanted to share a positive update.

Following recent discussions with Ribble Valley Borough Council, progress has been made. Although the Council initially indicated that it would not pursue a Judicial Review, it has now agreed that further independent legal advice should be sought in relation to the concerns that have been raised.

This is an important step forward and shows that the issues highlighted by residents are being taken seriously.

From the outset, this campaign has been about ensuring that planning decisions are fair, transparent and based on accurate information. These principles are essential for maintaining public confidence in the planning system and ensuring that communities are properly represented.

While there is still work to do, this development gives us hope that the concerns raised by so many people will receive the careful consideration they deserve.
