Following the Planning Inspector's decision, I have prepared and distributed a detailed community briefing to Ribble Valley Borough Council, all borough councillors, Billington & Langho Parish Council, Maya Ellis MP, Lancashire County Council representatives and local media.

The briefing sets out residents' concerns about the appeal decision and the wider implications it may have for planning across Ribble Valley.

I will continue to keep supporters updated as responses are received.
