For nearly 500 days, occupying Israel, using unnecessary violence, hate, and near constant bombing, displaced thousands of innocent Palestinian families, and killed hundreds of thousands more. During every single one of those days, the Major League Baseball organization refused to speak out, refused to ask for en end of the Palestinian genocide, and even worse, some of your teams actively supported Israel during their attacks.

As a result, thousands of fans, if not more, actively boycotted the entirety of the league, your opening day ceremonies, and more. In a season that had brought many new fans in, these numbers do not match the number you forced out by staying silent.

Now is the time to speak out. With Opening day just a couple months away, and the West Bank still being attacked daily by Israeli forces despite an ongoing ceasefire deal, now is the time to speak out for justice.

You claim to be a organization of equality, racial justice, and integrity; your failure to speak out for Palestinians has not only contradicted that claim, but actively destroyed your reputation with hundreds of thousands of baseball fans. The Palestine National Baseball team themselves have proved to be one of the best in the world, and you ignore them in the name of looking good.

Do better. Speak up for Palestine today, on behalf of the team or as a single person. If more join, know that we fans just may return to attend those opening games. If you are the only team to do so, know that we will support your team in high numbers, merchandise sales, and so much more.
