In today's landscape, the direct publication of books through online platforms like Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) stands as a powerful tool for writers to bypass censorship, sharing their content directly while aiding readers in discovering diverse material on Amazon's online stores. However, the limitation of KDP services to support certain languages, like Persian (Farsi), poses significant challenges for many global writers.

Persian culture and literature have a rich historical legacy, yet it's regrettable that Persian-speaking authors face obstacles accessing KDP, depriving an audience of approximately 120 million people worldwide.

We strongly urge Amazon to expand KDP services to include the Persian language. Enabling this would not only facilitate the reach of Persian writers to their audience but also signify a substantial stride in combatting censorship and championing freedom of expression within Persian-speaking communities.
