Despite Asda (Walmart) being handed an exclusive to retail Mattel’s "Matchbox" toy cars in 2016, they are failing to get in both regular supply and current stock.

The UK diecast collecting community feel that this is not in the best interests of the brand, and makes a mockery of a so-called 'exclusive' deal.

Mattel and Walmart should do more to ensure that supply and pricing is sorted out, and if not the exclusivity arrangement should end, allowing other retailers to do a better job.
