Long working hours, too much burden of off the banking things and so on. Bankers are not getting family time, leaves for family, sickness and so much similar things. We bakers also have family.During demonetization we worked day and night for country's people but Our demands have long been neglected.

We demand:

1. CPC for banks
2. 5 days working(Even RB?I, Stock Market works for 5 days)

3. No cross selling

4. Optimal staff

5. Immediate and fair wage revision

6. No cross selling targets(3rd party insurance products)
